Snow had just stopped on cue and the Regent Broadcasting Engineering crew took me to the very top of the Rand Building, where I was treated to these views of the city and the waterfront.

Delaware Park looks just as I remember it, I took many walks through it in the winters of 1961 through 1963.  It was very saddening to see the damage to the trees, first the snowstorm and then ice storm.
